I have mentored and supported 100s of artists to deliver project throughout my 20 year career as a producer working initially as a Events & Exhibitions Manager at Highcliffe Castle in Dorset and then as Arts Development Officer at Malvern Hills District Council in Worcestershire. In 2015, I joined Meadow Arts, Shropshire-based NPO as part-time Assistant Director and in 2016 set up my consultancy business as a creative producer and a socially engaged arts events company, Equal Vision CIC.

I have been a qualified RD1st coach since July 2019 when I launched Creative Spark Coaching focusing on supporting creatives to build thriving creative companies.

"I’m so pleased to be a mentor for the Advance programme. In these tough times it’s more important than ever that creative businesses can access support to enable them to explore options and move forward with confidence. I hope that I can use my experience of working in the cultural sector to provide insights and new approaches to support companies to clarify, plan and work towards their goals."
