The Dewsbury Creative Town Arts programme and Kirklees College Pioneer Higher Skills Centre are partnering to bring you free Artist talks!
Join artists commissioned through the Creative Town Arts programme to find out about their creative journey and their projects in Dewsbury.
Guest Artists on Thursday 27th April:
You can expect:
- to learn about different approaches to creating artwork in public spaces that engages communities and reflects the place
- to find out about different creative career pathways
- to explore some of the art projects linking with the regeneration happening in Dewsbury town centre
- an informal setting
- short presentations from three artists at each talk and panel discussion
- opportunities for questions
Places are limited so it’s important to book your space in advance.
