Come Play With Me and Deer Shed Festival are delighted to present Come Play With Deershed, a collaborative artist development opportunity debuting this summer!

This opportunity is open to artists and bands based in Yorkshire and the North East, and are specifically acts in which either the lead songwriter, or 50% of the band identifies as a woman, a person of marginalised genders, a person of colour, or a part of the LGBTQIA+ community.

The successful applicant will receive:

  • A 30-minute slot at this summer’s Deer Shed Festival (including catering, rider and backline)
  • Advice and support from CPWM, Deer Shed and other leading music industry professionals
  • A place on one of Come Play With Me’s “Side By Side” compilations
  • A £150 grant towards expenses

Application deadline: 5pm, Friday 2nd June

Event dates:

Deer Shed Festival runs from 28th – 31st July 2023

Fee: £150 grant towards expenses
