
Awarded Artists for the British Council Micro Award Round Five Funding

Meet the nine pairs of artists awarded micro grants of £2,500. This will help facilitate partnerships and collaboration between artists and/or collectives in the UK and countries eligible to receive Official Development Assistance (ODA).
Awarded artists and their collaborators:
- Chanje Kunda (Manchester, England) and Ana María Jessie Serna (Colombia) – Diasporic Connections: My Body as a Territory of Healing
- Chantel Foo (London, England) and Victoria Yam (Malaysia) – Gestures for Togetherness: Moving Through Sensorial Re-imagination of Electronic Music Spaces
- Burong Zeng (Lewes, England) and Wen Liao (China) – Life Lies in (Non)Movement
- Rachel Gadsden (London, England) and Farah Wardani (Lebanon) – Embodiment – making the invisible visible
- Ingrid Molinos (London, England) and Alexander Madriz (Venezuela) – Establishing connections and sharing choreographic practices
- Deborah Ajia (London, England) and Pelemo Nyajo (Nigeria) – “The Disability Talk” or “Black, Female, Disabled“
- Ikram Ahmed (London, England) and Maha Mhamdi (Tunisia) – Memory, archives and the body. A visual arts Exchange
- Sha Supangan (Norwich, England) and Paula Melizza Valera (Philippines) – TAMA NA: ENOUGH
- Sam Schäfer (Bristol, England) and Hatiye Garip (Turkey) – Making Illustration Accessible (but fun and good)
