Wakefield Council’s Made in Wakefield grants support creatives and organisations based in Wakefield district to deliver creative or heritage projects, activities and events during Our Year – Wakefield District 2024.

Made in Wakefield grants offer funding from £1,500 up to £15,000. The upcoming round 2 deadline is Monday 11 March, 5pm and the final deadline is Monday 10 June, 5pm. Projects supported will need to be completed and evaluated by February 2025.

  • Wednesday 14 February 2024, 12 noon – 2pm – Wakefield Library
  • Thursday 15 February 2024, 10am – 12 noon – Horbury Library
  • Friday 16 February 2024, 10am – 12 noon – Featherstone Library
  • Friday 16 February 2024, 1:30pm – 3:30pm – Normanton Library
