As a member of the Senior Management Team, the Director of Development will contribute to the overall strategic leadership of The Hepworth Wakefield. They will have an unique opportunity to shape fundraising strategy and Development team, oversee the implementation of a new CRM system and lead on the fundraising campaigns for two important capital development projects. You will need clear understanding of the sector, be an excellent communicator, enjoy relationship-building and have strong financial acumen. £50,000 – £55,000 per annum dependent on experience

Full-time – 37 hours per week however flexible working will be considered including compressed hours, reduced hours (minimum 29.6 hours) and flexible start and finish times
