How Moving Well improves lives

Posted in Development

Moving Well is a new online learning resource from Moving Memory Dance Theatre comprising more than 50 films and over 20 worksheets which can be used by workshop leaders to plan participatory creative movement workshops.

It’s aimed at anyone interested in a collaborative approach, where participants explore together in a playful way, rather than being given a set of instructions.

Primarily for older people’s groups, there is a wealth of ideas and tips suitable for groups of all abilities and ages.

Moving Well contains plenty of practical information together with a unique ‘pick‘n’mix’ of exercises, from which you can plan your workshop, taking whatever suits you and your group.
