Mapping Migrant Health Services
Posted in Opportunities
A Migrant Health Needs Assessment is being undertaken by Wakefield District Public Health in order to better understand the health needs of migrants living in the district, and their experiences of accessing health services.
For the purpose of this work, migrants could be anyone currently living in the Wakefield District who was born overseas, for example, asylum seekers, refugees, people arriving as part of resettlement schemes, economic migrants, family migrants, student migrants or undocumented migrants.
This survey will be one aspect of Wakefield District Public Health’s work to capture the range of services currently on offer for migrants within the district.
Some of the organisations and services we work with in the creative sectors have provided support used by the migrant community, and if you are one of them, we would be interested to hear from you.
Please find the link to our SurveyMonkey here: https://eu.surveymonkey.com/r/MigrantServices.
This survey will be open for four weeks.
More detailed information about the Council’s handling of your personal data can be found in its privacy policy, available online here or on request.
