The Visitor Experience Assistants provide visitors to the gallery with the warmest welcome, interpret the displayed collections in the galleries and ensure the safety and security of visitors, building and collections. You will deliver a first-class visitor experience and ensure that visitors are inspired to return. This role is paid at £9.50 per hour / £11.45 per hour from 1 April 2023. There are 3 x 12hr posts available (three contracted shifts a week available from Tuesday to Sunday / 9.45am-2.00pm or 12pm-4pm, as required)
