Andrew Shelton is an experienced consultant and Mentor who has a wide of experience of working with Start ups and SME/Micro Businesses. Prior to the establishment of Shelton Associates, he spent 4 years as a Principal Consultant Deloitte and Touche Management Consultants and managed a professional marketing consultancy in the North of England. He has a wealth of marketing knowledge which would be invaluable to those on the programme . Andrew is a former Vice Chairman and Secretary of the UK Chartered Institute of Marketing, in Northern Ireland.

As an experienced Marketing Professional I have been involved Mentoring, Knowledge Transfer and Supporting SME/Micro and Start Up Businesses for the past 25 years.
This has involved Marketing Consultancy projects, Marketing Training and quasi ‘Non Exec Marketing roles with clients on an ongoing basis.
We worked with over 150 local businesses during lockdown, helping them to develop Marketing Plans, Developing their skills in a wide range of key digital marketing areas and helping them to sell online as well.
