What I do:

New Zealand born. Australasian Gold and Bronze medal awards in Screen-print for best design 1997-1998. 12 years as a first class printer. I moved to UK taking up residence in Wakefield. I am an independent artist working mostly in acrylic mixed media on canvas. My work has sold in UK, America, Australia, New Zealand. Currently working on re – characterising (using a painterly approach) 78 tarot cards, with aim to exhibit upon completion.

What steps I took to get where I am now:

Wakefield, life drawing classes 2.5 years. 2016-2018.

Exhibiting independently:

What creative opportunities I'm looking for:

Opportunities to take on commissions, to exhibit, and sell my artworks. Building networks for group shows.
Opportunities to promote my work online using platforms that are not time consuming.

An unexpected thing about me:

My writing my Masters Thesis on “Making a case for Tarot as an image based art psychotherapy tool” is a first in its field, within the world of academia.

My proudest moment:

Confirming my Masters Thesis awarded a First with Distinction.

My dream creative collaboration:

Guy Pearce and Sigourney Weaver in a Neighbours/Alien mash up.
