Audiozone is Wakefields premier hub for band/musician & Dj rehearsals. Also offering event production, gig space, artist/band bookings, lighting/sound/equipment hire and general creative going ons.

Audiozone was founded in 1994 by local legend, Drummer & bassist for bands Mental Block & Skiprat, Neil ‘Clink’ Clarkson, after attending business collage and reciving a start up grant from the prince’s trust. It gained a reputaion for its relaxed rootsy vibes and over the last 29 years has firmly put it on Wakefields map as the go to space for local bands & musicians to rehearse & practice and is a much loved space with a deep creative heritage in the towns music scene and community. Audiozone has since been joined in 2021 by Asher Ashan of the now parted legendry audio-visual trance/techno outfit ‘Ashan Project’ & one of Leeds longest running dance events ‘Riff Raff’. Alongside Clink, the pair is taking Audiozone from stregnth to stregnth still, maintaining its integrity as a rehersal space, but now bringing taylored event production to the table and with a dedicated Audiozone Stage to hit the festivals/events with, our own artist/band agency and fixed streaming services from the studio on its roadmap for the next couple of years. Audiozone is excited and commited to stay in Wakefield and beyond for the next 29 years more!
