Rob Bradley - The Rap School
Rapper - Poet - Founder of The Rap School
What I do:
I rap, I write songs and I perform poetry. I run workshops to help people do the same which facilitates growth in their skillset, mindset and confidence.
What steps I took to get where I am now:
I fell in love with an art form. I dedicated to a craft. I put myself wildly outside of my comfort zone. And then I came back and dedicated to helping others do the same.
What creative opportunities I'm looking for:
I’m looking for opportunities to run workshops for young people. I’m happy to be involved in any projects that put young peoples’ creativity, skills and confidence first.
An unexpected thing about me:
I was part of a world record for the most amount of pizzas collectively flipped.
My proudest moment:
Winning a world championship rap competition.
My dream creative collaboration:
a song with Billy Joel and 2pac.
What does Wakefield mean to me?
An amazing emerging city with a strong creative heartbeat.
