What I do:

I am the MD of North Star 360, a record label, music publisher & Artist management company whose focus is on the training and development of young adult (13-18) across the north of England

What steps I took to get where I am now:

I have worked in the music industry for nearly 30 years and throughout that time I have had many senior roles including Label Manager, Artist Manager (I also am the Director of LGRP, an dance music Artist Management company who look after over 35 international Artists), Agent, Promoter, Event Manager.

What creative opportunities I'm looking for:

We are looking out for young adults that are keen to get into the music industry through a variety of roles. Here at North Star 360 we offer courses across a multitude of disciplines including Music Production, Songwriting, DJing, Creative Design, Film & Photography, Event Management and amny more. If you want to get real world experience in any of these roles then we want to hear from you.

An unexpected thing about me:

I used to be a primary school teacher and in 2004 I was nominated for a BRIT award.
