Engaging Education Becomes Assembly as Agency Enters its Next Chapter

Posted in Editorial

Brand, marketing, and communications agency, Engaging Education has become Assembly, a business where people, ideas, and ambition come together to shape positive change.

The new branding reflects the evolution of Engaging Education and marks the next stage in the organisation’s development following 15 years of growth since it began in 2011. While education and training remain at the heart of Assembly’s experience and expertise, the organisation now has its sights set on a wider range of sectors.

Assembly. Shaping change, together.

Assembly works with its partners to understand their challenges and combine insight, strategy, and creativity to build stronger brands able to better communicate and engage with their audiences.

Its approach is built around three stages:

Insight – understanding the challenge, audience, and opportunity through research, data, and experience.

Action – turning insight into clear strategy, creative ideas, and purposeful activity that delivers results.

Impact – measuring outcomes, demonstrating value, and creating meaningful change.

This is reflected across three defined areas of the organisation:

Assembly Hall – Space to create and innovate.
Assembly Hall is the organisation’s innovation hub, providing space to explore people, sectors, industry knowledge, trends, and innovation. Its research and development activity informs the wider work of Assembly and helps identify new opportunities and solutions.

Advisory – From complexity to simplicity.
Advisory is Assembly’s consultancy strand, providing specialist advice and translating complex findings into simple, actionable solutions. Its work is underpinned by insight, knowledge, and communication with key people.

Agency – Bespoke solutions to achieve goals.
Agency brings together Assembly’s creative and marketing capabilities to deliver bespoke solutions and campaigns. Its growing range of specialist services includes strategy and insights, brand development, brand and performance marketing, PR and communications, copywriting, design, film, photography, animation, digital, print, and interiors.

The rebrand is intended to better represent the organisation Assembly has become: an agency combining experience, insight, creativity, and specialist capability to help partners build stronger brands, communicate with greater clarity, engage their audiences, and create positive change.

“Assembly is deep-rooted in our foundations, and education will always be our home. Our commitment to delivering work that makes a positive difference hasn’t changed. What has changed is the depth of our experience and the opportunities we have to create greater impact.

Our rebrand isn’t about changing who we are; it’s about recognising who we’ve become.” Assembly Leadership Team
